Postion Summary:
A growing, privately held, Insurance Company , is currently in
search of a Treasurer. The Company is looking for any team player with a excellent attitude who is detail focused
and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment. This newly designed role is a key placement as we look to
expand your corporate team. Reporting to the CFO, the Treasurer has primary responsibility for overall cashflow
management. This includes managing and overseeing mortgage rates, foreign exchange exposure as well as using the
services of an outside asset management company to manage the company's investment stock portfolio. The Treasurer
will manage this Company’s banking relationships, including income, debt management and cash flow guessing. The
Treasurer will be a core member of the particular Accounting department and a critical strategic partner to the CFO
on all treasury-related matters.

Treasury strategy
Researching statutory
regulations
>>Evaluate and recommend cash management structure
>>Manage and oversee all bank and investment accounts
>>Manage banking relationships to support treasury needs
>>Design and implement an
integrated Treasury Management System
>>Oversee vendor payables for the Company
>>Direct all accounting and internal control requirements for
Treaury
>>This position is a critical position within the Controller’s group and can lead to future
opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 5 years corporate treasury/cash
management experience
Experience with statutory regulations a
plus
Must have P&C treasury experience
